This 2 hour yoga event is a mix between a class and a workshop. You will get the best of both worlds. The sweaty vinyasaflow from a class and the technical details of a workshop. You can expect a lot of manual adjustments and help from me. So you will get better at this poses. The fokus will be on inversions like handstand, headstand and Pincha and arm balance like bakasana, eka pade koundinyasana an many more. All levels is welcome.
